The Lady of the Lake by David Kessler

The Lady of the Lake, Lady of Avalon, is the title name of the ruler of Avalon in the Arthurian legend. There are several related characters in the role which include giving King Arthur his sword Excalibur, enchanting Merlin, and raising Lancelot after the death of his father. Different writers and copyists give her name variously as Nimue, Viviane, Elaine, Niniane, Nivian, Nyneve, Evienne and other variations

Nice interpretation. Although, in the spiritual dimensions Viviane/Nimue is blonde, but in the earth dimensions (in the physical realm), she is a redhead. She walks on water, so this interpretation would be more accurate if the water were not rock filled, as this implies that she is standing on a rock. The truth about her relationship with Merlin is that he was initially her teacher, and later became his partner, although, she merely had to remember what she had originally known before incarnating. She didn't enchant him.  They were partners in the spirit dimensions before incarnating here, so there was no need to enchant.  She was a powerful healer, and Merlin needed her as much as she needed him.

Do you have any more works related to Camelot?

Thank You Viviane,

I am always interested in background information regarding my works and I accept your criticism in the instructive manner in which it was given. As you must know, artistic allows for difference between reality and imagination. I have lots of artwork but this is the only one with Camelot as subject matter. I will add you to my friends list if you have no objection.
